Ahhhhh, the wonderful land of Greece, very mountainous, surrounded by water, a peninsula but we’ll get to that later, with wonderful olive trees all over the land.Speaking of olives, here’s Olivia with Can You Find Greece. O- this is Olivia with Can You Find Greece! Can you find Greece? Ok look at a world map, then look for the continent of Asia, or just look to the East of U .S.and the boot of Italy and you’ll find Greece. Its just above Egypt and surrounded by water.
B Resources: Olives were a main resource because it was one of the very few things they could grow. They could also grow grapes and figs. But let’s jump back to olives. It was such a popular item that’s what Greece was known for them. And they could turn it into an oil which was the most popular olive product. T- the climate of Greece is WONDERFUL! You would love it, you would be as happy as a pig rolling in the mud! It is very moderate and sunny, wonderful right?
Peninsula:Peninsulas were areas of land that were surrounded by water on 3 sides and 1 side was still connected to the mainland.
